A premier training program for aspiring orchestral conductors. The institute offers intensive workshops, masterclasses, and mentorship opportunities, connecting students with leading conductors and providing hands-on experience with professional orchestras.

Caminos del Inka, Inc.

A 501(c)(3) BIPOC-led nonprofit whose mission is to discover, preserve, expand, and disseminate the musical legacy of the Americas. Through The Conducting Institute, Texas Institute for Orchestral Studies, and Yaku Taki (traditional Peruvian music documentation), Caminos del Inka creates lasting impact in music education and cultural preservation.
